Most exercise equipment is designed to endure harsh treatment with minimal problems…but it is not indestructible. Lack of proper maintenance, misuse, power surges and corrosion (due to human perspiration, salt air, etc.) can all take their toll. Also, certain equipment parts such as batteries and motor/alternator components have a finite lifespan and sooner or later will affect the function of your equipment.
We are factory trained by many manufacturers and have years of experience working on all major brands. There are very few problems we have not yet encountered.

In some cases, the defective part may no longer be available from the equipment manufacturer or the part may not be cost effective to replace. Depending on the make, model or age of the machine, we may be able to have your bad display board, power supply or motor controller board repaired.
We can offer a phone consultation regarding possible reasons for equipment failure, at no charge. However, to provide a proper diagnosis of the cause of the equipment failure, it is recommended that a technician visit your facility for a full inspection.
